Danville, CA homeowners are not wasting time for the official word that Spring is here. Pressure washing and sealing concrete is underway in late January 2012 in this town nestled between Walnut Creek and San Ramon located in Contra Costa County. During this time of the year it is not uncommon to have your house washed or your building cleaned. New Look Power Wash performs this type of service year round. However, sealing concrete and pavers this early in the season was an unexpected surprise for us as our customer just recently moved into a beautiful home not too far from downtown.
Our flagstone cleaning and sealing services came in handy on this job as it was both an exterior and interior request. Upon cleaning the surface of the flagstone we applied a modest coat of water based sealant. The customer was very pleased how we took extra precaution to ensure no over spray and also explained each step to the customer as we proceeded with the job.
Though the project was not considered a big job by our terms, we were happy that we were able to provide this service and also do our first concrete sealant job for the 2012 season.
